1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and lak33 ("lak33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at lak33.app and the associated lak33 Android application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lak33 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms without reservation.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the lak33 Platform. lak33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through lak33, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket betting, PSL markets, and other sports), live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and game shows), slots, and Teen Patti Joker.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account on lak33, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number;
• Not already hold an active lak33 account (one account per person is permitted);
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.

lak33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during account registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests, or at any other point deemed necessary for compliance or security purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each User may maintain only one account on lak33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lak33 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. lak33 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from lak33 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials private and not share them with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared or public device;
• Notify lak33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that your registered mobile number remains active and under your control, as it serves as the primary recovery method for your account.

lak33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity carried out under your lak33 account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify lak33 of a security breach and a resolution has been confirmed in writing by our support team.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

lak33 operates a PKR-denominated cashier. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The following payment methods are supported on lak33:

• JazzCash – Minimum deposit: Rs 300; Maximum deposit: Rs 50,000 per transaction
• Easypaisa – Minimum deposit: Rs 300; Maximum deposit: Rs 50,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) – Minimum deposit: Rs 1,000

All funds deposited into a lak33 account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. lak33 reserves the right to reject deposits where ownership of the payment method cannot be verified. Deposits made from third-party payment methods will be returned to the source and may result in account review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion prior to processing. lak33 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lak33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Bets are final once confirmed. lak33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect, or where technical errors affected the integrity of the market or game result.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result as determined by the relevant governing body (for sports) or the game provider's certified RNG system (for casino games) shall be considered final. lak33 accepts no liability for losses arising from data delays, communication failures, or inaccurate third-party data feeds.

lak33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market or game. These limits may be adjusted at lak33's discretion at any time without prior notice. Any bet exceeding applicable limits will be automatically reduced or rejected by the system.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lak33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. General principles applicable to all lak33 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible account holders who satisfy the specific qualifying criteria;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• lak33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time;
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account termination;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lak33 and will result in account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in casino games;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in sports markets;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without lak33's express written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lak33 Platform — including but not limited to the lak33 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of lak33 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any lak33 intellectual property without express prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lak33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. lak33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your lak33 account at the time the claim arose.

lak33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

lak33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Upon termination, any funds held in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.
